Payment Policy

1. Financial Responsibility of the Company

The company is financially responsible for the balance in the client's account at any given time.
The company's financial responsibility begins when a customer's deposit is first recorded and continues until the full withdrawal of funds.
The client is entitled to request any available funds from their account at the time of the inquiry.
The only recognized methods for deposits and withdrawals are those listed on the company's official website. The client assumes all risks associated with using these payment methods, as they are not affiliated with or the responsibility of the company. The company is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by these payment methods. If the client has any issues with a payment method, they must contact the payment provider's support service and inform the company about their claims.
The company is not responsible for any third-party services that the customer may use for deposits or withdrawals. The company's financial responsibility only begins once the funds have been credited to the company's bank account or any other account related to the accepted payment methods listed on the website. If any fraudulent activity is detected during or after a transaction, the company reserves the right to cancel the transaction and freeze the client's account. The company's responsibility ends once the funds are withdrawn from the company's account.
The company reserves the right to cancel any transaction and its outcomes in the event of a technical error related to the financial transaction.
Clients are allowed to maintain only one registered account on the company's website. If the company identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to freeze all associated accounts and funds, prohibiting withdrawals.

2. Trading Operations

The client can only perform trading operations (trades) using their own funds credited to their personal account.
The client is authorized to carry out trading operations only if the balance in their account is sufficient. If the available balance is less than the amount required for the transaction, the operation will not be completed.
Each trading operation performed by the client is assigned a unique identifier according to the company's established rules.
The appearance of the corresponding record in the company’s server database is considered the confirmation that the client’s request to execute (or close) the operation has been completed, and the transaction is therefore concluded (closed).
When engaging in trading operations, the client is prohibited from:
- Conspiring with other clients to cause any kind of loss to the company or using dishonest methods to conduct operations in order to gain unjust enrichment;
- Creating, selecting, or using automated mechanisms, algorithms, or other specialized software that enable the client to perform operations without their direct involvement;
- Using the company’s trading platform or associated services for any illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent activities, or for operations that violate the laws of the country where the client resides.
In conducting trading operations, the company reserves the right to:
- Set limits on the minimum and/or maximum size of the client’s operations;
- Limit the total amount of operations made by the client;
- Regulate (limit) the total number of operations performed by the client over a specific period as determined by the company at its discretion.

3. Client Registration

The registration process for the client consists of two main steps:
- Online registration on the company’s website.
- Verification of the client’s identity.
To complete the first step, the client must:
- Provide accurate personal and contact details to the company.
- Agree to the company's terms and conditions, including any applicable appendices.
The company will carry out an identity verification process to confirm the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the client during registration. To proceed with this process, the company requires and the client must provide:
- A scan or digital photo of the client’s identification document.
- A full copy of all pages of the ID document, including the photo and personal details.
- The company may request additional documents, such as utility bills, bank statements, bank card scans, or any other documentation required for identification purposes.
The identity verification process must be completed within 10 business days from the company’s request. In certain cases, the company may extend the verification period up to 30 business days.

4. Deposit Process

To make a deposit, the client must submit a request through their Personal Cabinet. To complete the request, the client needs to select a payment method from the available options, provide all required details, and proceed with the payment.

The processing time for withdrawal requests depends on the chosen payment method and may vary. The company has no control over these processing times. For electronic payment methods, transaction times can range from seconds to several days. For direct bank wire transfers, the processing time may take anywhere from 3 to 45 business days.

All transactions must be made from a source that belongs solely to the client, who must use their own funds for the payment. Withdrawals, refunds, compensation, and other payments from the client’s account can only be made using the same account (electronic method) that was used for the deposit. Withdrawals will be processed in the same currency as the original deposit.

5. Taxes

The company is not a tax agent and does not disclose clients' financial information to third parties. Such information will only be provided if required by an official request from government authorities.

6. Refund Policy

The client may withdraw part or all of the funds from their account at any time by submitting a Withdrawal Request, which must comply with the following terms:
- The company will process the withdrawal request from the client’s trading account, subject to the available balance at the time of the request. If the requested withdrawal amount, including fees and other charges, exceeds the account balance, the company may reject the request and provide an explanation.
- The client’s withdrawal request must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the country where the transaction is being made.
- Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment system and account ID that was used to make the deposit. The company may limit withdrawals to the payment system from which the deposit was made. However, the company may allow exceptions at its discretion, and may request additional payment information from the client for alternative withdrawal methods, which the client must provide.
The withdrawal request will be processed by transferring funds to the client’s external account through an authorized agent designated by the company.
The client must submit the withdrawal request in the same currency as the original deposit. If the deposit currency differs from the withdrawal currency, the company will convert the withdrawal amount based on the exchange rate in effect at the time the funds are debited from the client’s account.
The currency in which the company processes transfers to the client’s external account may vary, depending on the client’s account currency and the chosen withdrawal method, and will be displayed in the client’s dashboard.
The conversion rate, fees, and other charges related to each withdrawal method are determined by the company and may change at any time at the company’s discretion. The exchange rate may differ from the rate set by the authorities or the market rate for the relevant currencies. In some cases, as defined by the payment service providers, funds may be withdrawn in a currency different from the client’s external account currency.
The company reserves the right to set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits depending on the chosen method. These limits will be shown in the client’s dashboard.
A withdrawal request is considered accepted by the company once it is created in the client’s dashboard and displayed in the Balance History section of the company’s system. Requests made in any other manner will not be accepted or processed.
Funds will be withdrawn from the client’s account within five (5) business days.
If the funds sent by the company pursuant to a withdrawal request are not received in the client’s external account within five (5) business days, the client may request the company to investigate the transfer.
If the client provides incorrect payment information when submitting a withdrawal request, resulting in a failed transfer, the client will be responsible for paying any fees associated with resolving the issue.
Any profit earned by the client above the deposited amount may only be withdrawn using a method agreed upon by both the company and the client. If the client originally deposited funds using a particular method, the company reserves the right to return the previous deposit using the same method.

7. Payment Methods for Withdrawals

Electronic Transfer:
- The client may submit a withdrawal request via electronic transfer at any time, provided the company supports this method for transfers.
- The withdrawal request can only be made to the client’s personal electronic payment system wallet.
- The company will transfer the funds to the client’s electronic account as specified in the withdrawal request.
- The client acknowledges that the company is not responsible for the time it takes for an electronic transfer to be completed, nor for any technical issues that may occur during the transfer if they are not caused by the company.
The company may, at its discretion, offer additional methods for withdrawing funds from the client’s account. These options will be made available in the client’s dashboard.
